50家LED照明相关及配套企业半年报一览

Benefiting from the gradual recovery of the LED industry, the market demand is picking up, and the lighting industry’s prosperity continues to improve, it is expected to usher in a new round of business cycle. So in the first half of this year, how did the companies perform? This article has compiled the financial reports of 50 domestic LED lighting-related and supporting listed companies, hoping to get a glimpse of the development trend of the lighting industry.

Overall revenue and net profit

In the general environment of the new crown epidemic, the lighting industry is picking up and recovering in the first half of 2021.

On the whole, 27 companies including Bull Group, Mulinsen, and Debang Lighting have achieved both revenue and net profit growth; Tailong Lighting and Mingjiahui have achieved revenue growth, and their net profits have also successfully turned losses into profits; Foshan Lighting, 12 companies including Maoshuo Power Supply and Guangpu Co., Ltd. increased their revenue but did not increase their profits; Horizons’ revenue declined, but their net profit successfully turned losses into profits; 8 companies including China Sports Technology, Haoyang Co., Ltd., and Jiawei Xinneng achieved revenue and net profit. Profits both fell.

In terms of operating income, Mulinsen won the revenue champion with 9.127 billion yuan, a revenue increase of 28.06%. Bull Group and Op Lighting ranked second and third with revenues of 5.82 billion yuan and 3.963 billion yuan respectively.

At the beginning of this year, Mulinsen announced that its main business has changed from LED packaging to lighting brand and lighting channel business. It currently owns two major brands, Landvance and Mulinsen. In the first half of the year, Landvance brand products achieved revenue of 4.817 billion yuan, with a gross profit margin of 41.21%; the Mulinsen brand achieved revenue of 581 million yuan, with a gross profit margin of 23.82%.

Bull Group realized revenue of 5.82 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 41.65%. Among them, the smart electrical lighting business achieved revenue of 2.64 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 61%. Specifically, LED lighting business revenue increased by 37% year-on-year, and other electrical lighting products increased by 106% year-on-year.

OP Lighting benefited from the increase in sales and achieved revenue of 3.963 billion yuan in the first half of the year, an increase of 31.68% year-on-year. During the reporting period, Oppe not only continued to expand large-scale benchmarking projects, but also built its core competitiveness in the fields of commercial chain, industrial lighting, educational lighting and hardcover real estate.

It is worth mentioning that, thanks to the rapid recovery of business and the active expansion of other market segments, Tailong Lighting had the highest revenue growth in the first half of the year, up 2015.17% year-on-year to 2.736 billion yuan. Among them, the lighting sector achieved a total operating income of 208 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 61%.

The performance decline of Haoyang, Jiawei Xinneng, and Shiyida was mainly affected by the overseas epidemic.

浩洋股份上半年实现营收1.89亿元,同比下降26.38%;净利润3411万元,同比减少47.66%。其在半年报中提及,新冠肺炎疫情对演艺灯光设备市场造成了较大的冲击,但相信随着疫情得到进一步控制与相关政策的进一步放宽,演艺活动与演艺灯光设备市场将进一步恢复。

珈伟新能上半年营收3.31亿元,同比下降16.85%;净利润亏损1009万元。汇率变动及关税政策是影响珈伟新能境外经营业绩的重要因素,其境外主要为光伏照明产品,报告期内实现营收2.21亿元。

智能/文旅景观/植物/车用照明等提供成长新动能

近年来,智能照明、文旅景观照明、植物照明、车用照明等细分应用领域不断发展,给照明行业带来新的增长动能。报告期内,照明相关及配套企业在上述领域取得一系列新进展。

智能照明

上半年,全球新冠肺炎疫情仍未得到完全控制,经济下行压力不断加大,但在“碳达峰、碳中和”、新基建、新型城镇化、重大工程建设等国家政策的引导下,智能照明市场迎来新的发展机遇。

佛山照明大力开拓智能照明市场,推出了座姿矫正、智能感应、超级快充系列产品、便携移动及具有娱乐功能的新产品;“佛照智家”物联网云平台已成功上线,智能家居和智慧教育的照明系统解决方案相继推出。

欧普照明积极拓展家居智能照明领域,上半年,其智能照明解决方案在海外多个国家实现了普及与推广应用,行业覆盖工业、办公等。目前欧普照明已经实现从最初简单的单灯开关控制,到场景化的智能灯光方案,再到全屋智能家居解决方案的升级。

阳光照明积极进行智能化布局,目前在智能家居照明领域,已经开发出将照明产品与各家居智能平台的互联互通的技术,并在线下实体店进行推广应用,还与阿里、华为等互联网公司开展智能全场景产品项目合作。

上半年,三雄极光持续加强智能照明产品的研发,研发投入3,265.48万元,同比增长16.47%,共取得国家知识产权局授予的专利34项,其中实用新型专利18项、外观设计专利16项。

文旅景观照明

景观照明市场前景广阔,名家汇、豪尔赛、时空科技、爱克股份、勤上股份等LED企业争相布局。从上半年业绩来看,名家汇、豪尔赛、罗曼股份等3家企业实现营利双增;爱克股份、时空科技净利润出现下滑。

在新基建大力推行、后疫情时代文旅复苏的背景下,名家汇上半年加大智慧灯杆和文旅产业投入,实现营业收入3.86亿元,同比增长197.2%;实现净利润0.06亿,而上年同期亏损7040.2万元,同比扭亏为盈。

受益于国内新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情得到有效控制,豪尔赛经营业绩逐步回升,报告期内实现营业收入4.68亿元,同比增加84.55%;实现净利润4334万元,同比增加65.84%。截至上半年,其承接高度在200米以上的超高层建筑的楼宇合计61幢。

随着疫情减缓以及受益于国内景观照明市场回暖,罗曼股份深耕景观照明领域,上半年实现营收2.53亿元,同比增长56.80%;净利润4585万元,同比增长46.56%。此外,罗曼股份还基于成都成渝双城经济圈核心城市的地位,在成都设立全资子公司,全面推进文旅夜游等业务板块的推广。

爱克股份上半年实现营收5.75亿元,同比增加42.73%,其中控制系统产品、点光源产品、洗墙灯产品、线条灯产品和投光灯产品分别实现营收分别同比增长113.14%、12.38%、38.23%、24.90%和108.53%。尽管爱克股份上半年营收实现增长,但净利润却呈下滑趋势,原因是报告期内计提各项资产减值准备共计1522.61万元。

时空科技上半年实现营业收入4.15亿元,同比微增0.36%;净利润3,184.23万元,同比下降56.64%。其在半年度业绩报告中强调,由于景观照明项目属于定制化业务,不同项目的毛利率差异较大,致使报告期内施工项目平均毛利率低于上年同期,加上大宗商品价格加速上升导致施工原材料采购成本增加,使得整体利润较去年同期下降。

植物照明

根据TrendForce集邦咨询旗下光电研究处LEDinside分析,受惠于各国政策推动以及北美医疗和娱乐大麻种植市场批量导入LED植物照明设备,激励2020年全球植物照明LED市场呈现爆发性成长,产值达3.01亿美元,年增57%。

此波成长动能也将延续至2021年,预估今年产值将达3.99亿美元,年增33%。

基于LED植物照明市场的广阔前景,上半年,崧盛股份、英飞特、茂硕电源、朗科智能等LED驱动电源厂商大力开发用于植物照明的LED电源。

崧盛股份首份半年报显示,上半年营收同比增长106.07%,净利润同比增长79.09%;其中,LED植物照明产品成为其业务发展的重要增长点,植物照明LED驱动电源产品收入2.24亿元,占主营业务收入比重从2020年的12.30%提升至2021年上半年的40.41%。

值得关注的是,为了推动植物照明LED驱动电源业务快速发展,崧盛股份于今年8月宣布与中科三安展开合作,共同拓展植物照明市场。

英飞特近两年快速发展的植物照明领域已成为公司产品主要应用领域之一,植物照明相关LED驱动电源产品营业收入较上年同期增长381%,其中,北美、欧洲、中东、南美等市场的业绩均取得较大增长。

此外,针对植物照明LED驱动电源领域,英飞特提前进行技术、专利、智能接口等方面布局,特别是在系统性的专利、产品研发方面都是走在全球的前列,2013年就已经有客户采购公司产品应用于植物照明。

在植物照明领域,茂硕电源推出了新一代专用植物生长灯驱动解决方案-P1/P1H系列,能够满足LED植物生长灯产品多样化的需求。

朗科智能同样将目光聚焦于植物照明市场,并自主研发电源管理系统和中央控制系统,为下游客户提供植物照明一体化解决方案。2021年上半年,其植物照明实现收入1.07亿元,同比增长243%。

车用照明

车用照明市场前景十分乐观。根据TrendForce集邦咨询旗下光电研究处LEDinside分析,在头灯与车用面板需求带动之下,预估2021年车用LED产值将有机会达到 29.26亿美元,年增13.7%。而新车种持续导入LED照明,将持续拉动车用LED渗透率的上升。

受益于公司主要客户新车产量的增长,星宇股份上半年实现营收39.51亿元,同比增长37.27%;净利润5.70亿元,同比增长45.63%。据了解,星宇股份产品主要包括汽车前照灯、后组合灯、雾灯、日间行车灯、室内灯、氛围灯等。

佛山照明目前形成了照明、电工、汽车照明三大板块业务。在汽车照明领域,报告期内佛山照明通过并购南宁燎旺,进一步实现从光源向车灯灯具配套转型,完善并深化其在汽车照明领域的布局,此外还拓展了一批车灯模组项目。

得益于车载等业务增长,得邦照明上半年实现营收24.62亿元,同比增长18.13%。报告期内,子公司得邦车用照明、上海良勤和武汉良信鹏分别实现营业收入5998.07、1996.95和1263.14万元。

得邦照明聚焦于车载控制器和车用照明产品,上半年内完成了对上海良勤和武汉良信鹏的收购,加强了公司在车载业务的产品线布局。同时,汽车前大灯控制器LDM业务继续保持高速增长,电池管理系统BMS控制器项目开拓也取得重要突破。此外,得邦照明正在着手建立上海车载业务研发中心。

广日股份同样聚焦车用照明领域,目前已具备LED车灯从设计到制造的完整配套能力和服务主机厂的经验,已建成运行的一期产线具有年产20万套LED前组合大灯的产能。

小结

从照明相关及配套企业公布的半年财报来看,多数企业已经开始摆脱疫情的阴霾,业绩逐步恢复和增长;还有部分企业仍受疫情的影响,目前仍处在复苏阶段。

但无论结果如何,行业整体复苏和成长的趋势已经较为明朗。企业当前最重要的是不断提升自身综合创新能力和技术实力,才能在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟、发展壮大、做强做优。
